This Privacy Policy applies to Nexion PN-NBO-007 Drive Readonly, an owner-operated Project Nexion utility.
Google user data accessed
The application requests the Google Drive read-only OAuth scope. This scope can permit the application to read file metadata and download Google Drive files accessible to the authorizing Google account.
The application accesses Google Drive data only as required for owner-directed Project Nexion verification, evidence-reading, and file-localisation operations.
How Google user data is used
Google Drive data is used only to perform the operation requested by the owner. The application does not use Google Drive authorization to create, edit, delete, move, or share files.
Storage and retention
Drive-derived files or evidence may be retained on owner-controlled Project Nexion systems when required for the requested verification or localisation operation and its associated governance evidence.
OAuth credentials or tokens may be stored on owner-controlled Project Nexion systems solely to maintain an authorized read-only Google Drive channel. They are not published by this website.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers. Google Drive file contents are not transmitted to this public website or to its static-site hosting service by the application.
Security
Access to locally retained Google user data and OAuth credentials is restricted to owner-controlled systems and the access controls applied to those systems.
Revocation and deletion
The owner may revoke the application's Google Account authorization and remove locally stored OAuth credentials. Locally retained Drive-derived material may be removed when it is no longer required for the owner-directed operation or its governance evidence.

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
